Terms of Use
Effective 1 October 2026
The website at aievals.app (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Grid Heap, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
AIEvals is a free reference website compiling published AI benchmark results, model specifications and source links. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
1. Accounts
You do not need an account to use the Site. AIEvals does not offer visitor registration, sign-in or public posting. If you contact us, provide the information needed to respond, and do not include passwords or confidential information belonging to someone else.
2. Access to the Site
License. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Site for personal and business research. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Site or the underlying source material.
Published reference material
You may read, link to and make reasonable quotations from the Site, including for commercial research and reporting, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Attribute underlying figures to the cited publisher and preserve source links. Do not imply that AIEvals performed an evaluation carried out by another party or that a publisher endorses your use. Free access does not place the compilation or its sources in the public domain.
Restrictions. Do not use the Site unlawfully, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, circumvent security restrictions, or automate requests at a rate that materially degrades availability. Keep proprietary notices intact on permitted copies. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Lawful comparison, research and interoperability work are permitted.
Changes and support. We may update, suspend or discontinue the Site or a part of it. We do not promise continuous availability, maintenance or a particular support response time. These provisions do not override obligations imposed by law.
Ownership. The Site’s software, original writing, design, arrangement and branding belong to Company or its licensors. Model names, benchmark names and published results remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Feedback. If you voluntarily send suggestions, corrections or other feedback, you grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free license to use that feedback without payment or attribution. Do not send feedback you are not entitled to license or consider confidential.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information processed in connection with the Site, including delivery, security, correspondence, cookies and font requests. It controls if these Terms conflict with it about personal-information handling.
Reading the Privacy Policy is not consent to processing that requires separate consent under applicable law. Before sending another person’s information, ensure you are authorized to provide it.
4. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company and its officers, employees and agents from third-party claims and reasonable related costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not cover claims caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of a claim and may control its defense with counsel of our choice. You must reasonably cooperate and may not settle a claim that admits liability or imposes an obligation on Company without our written consent.
5. Third-party services
The Site links to publications, model providers, benchmark authors and evaluation platforms, and uses external infrastructure and font services. Those parties’ terms and privacy practices govern their own services. A link or listing is not an endorsement, affiliation or assurance of suitability.
We do not control third-party content, changes or outages. Results can reflect different model versions, settings and methods, and may be corrected or withdrawn after our recorded reading date. Verify the cited source before relying on a result. The Site does not provide interaction or transactions between visitors.
6. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation, or that published information is accurate, current, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. A model or benchmark listing is not a recommendation. Assess sources and your requirements before making a purchasing, deployment or safety decision. This section does not exclude a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
Company’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US$50 and the amount you paid Company under these Terms in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Site is currently free to access. Multiple claims do not increase this limit.
These exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or mandatory remedy that applicable law prohibits limiting.
8. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. You may stop using it at any time. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to address a breach, unlawful activity, abuse, a security threat or a legal obligation, and may discontinue the Site.
Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve a problem. Termination does not eliminate accrued rights or liabilities. Provisions concerning ownership, feedback, indemnification, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive to the extent needed to give them effect. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. State-specific legal notices
California. The provider of the Site is Company, identified in Contact information. Use those details to submit a complaint or request further information. California residents may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 N. Market Blvd., Suite N112, Sacramento, CA 95834, using the methods published at dca.ca.gov.
Privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Nevada and other states may have privacy rights where the relevant law applies to our processing. Our State privacy rights notice explains those rights and how to make a request. Applicable mandatory state protections control over inconsistent provisions of these Terms.
10. General
Changes. We may update these Terms. A material change will be announced by a prominent notice on the Site or another appropriate method. Changes take effect on the stated date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. A change does not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rights, disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or seek legally available urgent equitable relief in a competent court.
Export. Comply with export controls, sanctions and other laws applicable to your use of the Site.
Electronic communications. We may communicate through notices on the Site or in response to correspondence. Electronic notices satisfy written-notice requirements only to the extent permitted by law.
Accessibility. Report a barrier using the Support link in the footer, identifying the affected page and assistance needed. We will consider reasonable ways to address it.
Entire agreement. These Terms and policies expressly incorporated into them form the entire agreement about use of the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a transfer of the relevant business, subject to law. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
Copyright and trademarks. Copyright © 2026 Grid Heap, Inc. All rights reserved. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant no right to use a trademark beyond lawful identification and attribution.
11. Dispute resolution
Before pursuing a dispute, send a written notice describing the relevant facts and remedy sought using Contact information. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally. If it remains unresolved, either party may pursue a claim in a court with jurisdiction under the General section.
These Terms do not require arbitration or waive mandatory rights. The informal process does not prevent urgent relief or timely action needed to preserve a claim.
